COVID-19 Announcement

Dear Clients/Friends,

Due to a staff member recent positive COVID test this weekend. New Hope Animal Wellness Center will be going through a strict disinfectant cleaning process early Monday morning. We will be available from 9-10am tomorrow for any questions and medication pick up only curbside. Our office will be closed from 10am until 2pm for the professional cleaning service team to perform their necessary steps to provide us with a continuing safe environment to work.

All exposed workers will be required to provide a negative test before returning to work. Any positive worker will be required to be quarantined for 14 days then show prove of negative before returning to work. A doctor and staff member will be available on Monday and has already gone through the screening process and has tested
negative. All employees will continue to have temperature checks and be required to where the necessary PPE which now includes a N95 mask .

Starting Monday 16th at 4 pm , we again will be implementing the curbside process with the only exceptions of euthanasia. All family members during this sad time of euthanasia has to have a mask on and be subjected to a temperature check. We would like to stress the fact that if any client or family are exhibiting any signs of COVID which includes fever, vomiting, diarrhea, upper respiratory infection, please cancel your pets appointment even if it’s curbside. We are also unfortunately cancelling all surgeries until further notice. At this time we will be also contacting our web team to also implement a telemedicine service and we will notify everyone when this service will be available. Home visits will also remain unavailable.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. However, because our office believes in full transparency we assure you that all our clients that were with us within the last 10days will be notified whether or not they had contact with that staff member or not.
